…and here we are. We’ve come full circle on this decade-long Christmas voyage. Through sleet or snow, through wind or hail, through rain or shine, Christmas has prevailed. We long dreamed to one day revisit “Hey Merry Christmas”, the place where it all began, but with the combined experience of 10 more years at the coalface of popular music. We’d covered such swathes of musical tundra, where was left to go? The answer was self-evident and within our grasp - we set about the gargantuan task of reimagining the much-loved classic for a full, eighty piece orchestra. We enlisted the Budapest Film Orchestra, whose sparkling efforts contributed to this epic reimagining, the ultimate of endings, the final chapter of this festive story… “Christmas Glory”.
But as we all know: every ending marks a new beginning, and for every door that closes another one opens…

There’s a house ahead with an open door
Where the lights shine bright and the fire roars,

There’s a warm mince pie and a glass of mulled wine,
Turkey in the oven, mmmm smells divine!
There’s a Christmas tree enrobed in splendour
It’s the majesty of each December. It’s Christmas time
